6ozLentils; cooked
6ozBrown rice; cooked
6ozCelery; chopped
6ozCauliflower flowerets; in bite-size pieces
3tbSunflower oil
1tsThyme
1/2tsSalt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with sunflower oil. Combine all ingredients.Toss and mix well. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
